The Home and Community Care (HACC) Program came into
existence in 1985 with the aim to provide basic maintenance services
to people who are frail aged, people with disabilities, and their carers
who were still living in their own home therefore preventing premature
or inappropriate institutionalism. The HACC Development Project supports local groups to provide the best services possible in the Macarthur region. |
