The Information and Referral Service is a telephone hotline that provides a central point of contact for frail aged, people with a disability, carers and families on services that are available in the Macarthur area.

The service is able to listen to a person's need and recommend services that may best suit them. We can also do the running around for the person and actually make referrals or support them through this process.
