Since Macarthur Disability Services commencement in 1982 the organisation has grown substantially and now provides employment for 200 full and part time employees who in turn assist approximately 1000 people per week.

Vocational Trainer – Transition to Work

We are seeking a Vocational Trainer to assist school leavers with a disability to develop skills that will help them move into employment, vocational education and training or higher education.

Position is FULL TIME, Monday to Friday. Located at Campbelltown and paid under the LMIA Award ($21.01-$24.06 per hour) this role includes salary packaging, superannuation, leave loading, mobile phone and a fully maintained company vehicle. Successful applicants will hold qualifications or experience in Hospitality.

Senior Support Worker – Recreation Leisure Link

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic staff member to join a dedicated team within the Macarthur Recreation Program.

This exciting and challenging role will work within the Leisure Link school holiday and after school care programs for children (including challenging behaviours) and recreation programs for adults with a disability.

The successful candidate must be a team player who will work along side the Coordinator to lead and support a team of permanent and casual support staff.

The position is Full Time Monday to Friday, 76 hours per 9 day fortnight. The successful candidate must be able to work 8am till 5pm during school terms and school holiday periods. Paid under SACS NAPSA Community Services Worker Grade 3 $21.01 – 24.06 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience) and includes a fully maintained company vehicle.

The position is based at head office however programs are run from sites at Campbelltown and Liverpool.

Support Workers

Positions are based in Macarthur and Liverpool regions, Monday to Friday working from 9am till 3.30pm (65 hours per fortnight)

Paid under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry
Award 2010 (Community Support Worker Grade 2 from $18.28- $20.47 per hour,
depending on skills and experience).
