When you become a client of Macarthur Personnel, your file is handed over from the Pre-employment Trainer to the Team Leader.

The Team Leader then decides which Vocational Trainer will work with you.

The Team Leader will then hand on your file to the chosen Vocational Trainer. From then on the Vocational Trainer will assist you in all your Job Search activities.

Your Vocational Trainer will do an "Individual Employment Plan" with you. The Individual Employment Plan (IEP) is an agreement between you and your Trainer, on how you will work together and will identify what your responsibilities are in looking for a job and what activities the Trainer is responsible for doing. Some things that could be included are:

• Attending Macarthur Personnel's "Job Search Group" each Wednesday.
• Keeping your trainer up to date with any courses you are doing, so your Trainer can put these on your Resume.
• Your trainer working with the Macarthur Personnel Sales team who market to potential employers on our clients behalf.

Please note that Macarthur Personnel does not have contracted employers who employ our clients. Each client is individually marketed for and supported by Macarthur Personnel. Also Macarthur Personnel can make no guarantee on how long it will take to find our clients a job.
