We provide a service to carers where the focus is on wellness and recreational activities as a way of improving capacity to provide care. In this way we hope to avoid carer fatigue and burnout. We can help you:
• Link up with a variety of time out and respite services
• Find services to support you in your carer role
• We run support groups, fun outings and events such as Stress Less Days, Carer Safaris, Carer Choirs, Walking Groups & a Coffee Club.
• We organise seminars and information days to build your skills and confidence in your caring role
