Our experienced Support Coordination staff act on your behalf to contact organisations, community groups and services to research your options and obtain quotes so you can make an informed decision about which services you would like to purchase with your NDIS funding. After which we will coordinate the process of signing service agreements and booking your services.
We are here to make the entire process seamless and stress free for you and your family.
Support Coordination also encompasses a capacity building component. This is where our staff will teach you the skills and help you to develop the confidence to manage your own supports in the future. The capacity building is conducted via practical workshops, one on one mentoring and written materials.
