HACC Training

 

The Home and Community Care (HACC) Training Project is a service that provides training at a subsidised rate for HACC funded community care workers who work in the Macarthur, Wingecarribee and Liverpool/Fairfield/Bankstown areas.

 

Aged and Disability community care workers who are NOT funded by HACC or HACC community workers who are outside the service areas mentioned above, may access the training project for a fee.

 

To access HACC training:

  • Workers can attended workshops offered through the HACC Training Calendar
  • Managers, team leaders and coordinators can organise customised in-house training sessions for thier staff on thier premises.

Training Calendar


Participants from HACC Funded Organisations within Area - $25 per person per course

Participants from Non HACC Funded organisations or from out of Area - $100 per person per course

 

Customised Training


HACC Funded within area Organisations - no cost

Non HACC funded or out of area -  Fee for service based on need

HACC External Training Subsidy Fund


This subsidy provides funding for HACC Services to attend training and conferences not offered by the HACC Training Calendar. The funding round is opened twice a year, in February and July.

 

Funding is offered to Home and Community Care funded services that operate in the Liverpool, Fairfield, Bankstown, Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly and Wingecarribee areas.

 

HACC services can apply for these funds by filling in an Application Form, which can be downloaded below.  For more information, read the procedure document which outlines the details relating to the subsidy, or contact the HACC Training Coordinator on 02 4621 8400 or email hactrain@mdservices.com.au
