Covid- 19 updates

The health & safety of our participants and staff is our highest priority. As such, MDS takes the threat of Covid-19 very seriously.

In line with World Health Organization (WHO) and Australian Government recommendations, MDS will continue to follow standard universal infection control measures.

We have sent regular letters & emails home to families, advising on the steps we are taking as an organisation to ensure everyone’s health & safety. To view the latest correspondence please click on the link below:

At present, our business operations are continuing as usual, however as Government advice changes we may be required to suspend operations or make amendments to the delivery of our services (at short notice.) We will maintain transparent communication with all participants & families to ensure that you are well informed of any changes to your services.

Likewise, we ask that our participants & staff remain transparent with us and advise if they are feeling unwell and/or have been in contact with someone who is unwell. We also ask that you advise us if you have recently been overseas.

If you are concerned about COVID-19 and its potential impact on yourself or your friends and family who work or receive services from MDS, please speak directly with your Service Coordinator or contact us on (02) 4621 8400.
