Macarthur Disability Services Living Skills program focuses on helping people develop daily living skills and independence by providing hands-on training that will build confidence and independence. Individuals will learn a range of essential life skills, including cooking, menu planning, creating shopping lists, budgeting, how to use public transport, personal hygiene and household cleaning.

The practical approach to learning empowers individuals to practice these skills in a supportive group setting, allowing them to feel  for their daily routines and community inclusion.

MDS runs this service in the Campbelltown area for 13 to 17 year olds on a Wednesday night and 18+ on a Tuesday and Thursday night.
