Build confidence for everyday life with the MDS Living & Life Skills Program. Designed to support independence at home and in the community, this program helps participants develop practical daily living, social, and communication skills aligned with their NDIS goals.
Running two days per week (Tuesdays 3pm - 6pm & Thursdays 4pm - 7pm), the program focuses on areas such as goal setting, health and wellbeing, community access, travel training, household management, and relationship building.
Participants enjoy hands-on activities including cooking, shopping, crafts, games, outings, and group discussions — all delivered in a supportive, inclusive environment that builds real-world confidence.
Take the next step towards a more independent tomorrow.
