Pathways to Employment is an individually tailored program, building employment skills in community and workplace settings, industry site tours and flexible, adult learning environment.
The program is designed to focus on personal goals with customised employment training, learning a variety of work capabilities such as customer service, policies and procedures, professional presentation and interview skills.

- Core Employment Skills – delivered in a hands on environment that will ensure you are prepared for work including professional presentation, stress management, communication and interview skills.
- Secure Employment – working with staff to secure and maintain mainstream employment.
